A woman in Tororo district has been recorded beating a kid as if she was hitting a chicken thief.
The video was shared by a social media commentator, Kakensa Henry Ndugwa, on his Facebook wall.
The woman who identity is still unknown is said to be married to a UN staff stationed in Tororo.
According to the disturbing video, the woman hits a kid, below 10, with a strong hard heel of a masculine shoe.
The woman keeps repeating “I am not tired yet” as the kid cries out in pain pleading for mercy but in vain.
She then lifts up the kid holding two legs in her one arm.

In this position, the woman beats the kid senseless.
She later turns around and lifts the kid by the cheeks, squeezing and fuming as the minor squeals for help.
The video has now landed in the hands of Judith Nabakooba, the Deputy Commissar.
Nabakooba did not hesistate but ordered for the identification of the woman for prosecution.
“Dear colleagues, whoever has information that can lead to the arrest of the woman in the video, please report to any nearest police station,” she said.
“Child abuse and mistreatment should be fought and stopped by all of us.”
In December 2014, Buganda Road Court Magistrate, Lilian Bucyana, sentenced Jolly Tumuhiirwe to four years in jail for assaulting a toddler.
Tumuhiirwe was captured on camera beating, kicking and abusing an 18-month old baby, Arnella Kamanzi.
The clip was given to police in November 2014 by the child’s father, Eric Kamanzi, leading to Tumuhiirwe’s arrest and detention.
