Would you just believe it? The shilling is playing a trick. The bloody shilling is not moving at all and it is starting to become very boring, if not annoying. We want movement here so please shilling wake up from your slumber!
The Uganda shilling closed at 3368 on the US dollar, 4385 on the British pound, 3767 on the Euro, 50.44 on the Rupee, 33.18 on the Kenyan shilling, 2580 on the Canadian dollar, 2597 on the Australian dollar and 1.54 on the Tanzania shilling.
Coffee Arabica closed at $3.58 a kilo.
Coffee Robusta closed at $2.04 per kilo.
Gold is trading at $1348 per ounce after gaining $5 per ounce.
Brent Crude Oil fell $1.16 per barrel and closed at $43.84.
WTI Crude Oil fell $1.06 per barrel and closed at $41.71.
Shanghai lost 7 points but it is moving up.
Hong Kong did not even bother to get out of bed. ZERO change.
Tokyo fell by 30 points. Very insignificant.
Frankfurt lost 42 points but it is pausing. Solid bullish. More buyers than sellers.
Paris lost 16 points. Also pausing.
London gained 10 points and this one is a wonder. Brexit scared so many people and then the FTSE shined and continues to shine. OMG!
Toronto lost 26 points but it is also taking a break.
Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 37 points and it is nothing to write home about.
Standard and Poor lost 6 points. Where is Faber now? It is 2016 and his predictions for 2012 / 2013 have not played out (blame my twin Mark for this one).
Nasdaq lost 21 points but it is a follower so we do not even heed its attention. Every time the above cousins sneeze, the Nas catches pneumonia.
