Pictures coming in from Uganda this morning show one polling station in Tororo being watched over by a military man.
This is the intimidation that was once used in Zimbabwe for Mugabe in the past.
Not only did Ankunda say that the military and guns would not be at the polling stations but it looks like he did not tell the voters the entire truth.
This picture comes on the heels of receiving news that ballots are missing and mostly in the areas where there is little support for Museveni.
Uganda is also off the communication grid at the moment as Facebook, Twitter and Whatsap have been blocked in the country until voting ends.
Incidentally, those phones are working. People are using their phones and incurring expenses to make phone to phone calls.
