Two youths belonging to the Jobles Brothershood who were recently arrested after police stormed a radio station in Jinja where they had a show have been arraigned in court and charged with inciting violence.
Augustine Ojobile and Robert Mayanja were on Monday produced in a Jinja court and charged for allegedly insulting speaker of parliament Rebecca Kadaga by calling her a pig.
However, their file was no where to be seen.
When asked, Jinja DPC, Felix Mugizi told court that they had sent the file to the senior state attorney for further scrutiny and advice on how to go about with the investigations.
This was however not received well by their colleagues and relatives who questioned how state could charge someone without a chargesheet or case file.
They were arrested on Friday last week on the orders of Jinja Deputy Resident District commissioner, Mr Erick Sakwa.
