Three people have been confirmed dead and one injured following a domestic brawl over one and half acre of family land.
Two of the deceased; James Ssekiwala Ddungu and Emmanuel Kabode were siblings who were burnt to death by a mob after they allegedly killed their mother, Josephine Nantale over the said land.
They were all residents of Budda, Kibinge sub county in Bukomansimbi District.
Joseph Kabogoza, an uncle to the two siblings was rushed to Masaka Regional Referral Hospital.
The mob reportedly hunted down the brothers who had gone into hiding after killing their mother, brought them back and burnt them to death near their mother’s body.
Police has launched its investigation into the murder as hunt for those who participated in the mob justice goes on.
