The former diocesan secretary for Kinkiizi diocese Justus Tibesirwa has been installed as 13th archdeacon for Kihihi archdeaconry in Kihihi town council.

A number of Christians from all churches in the diocese witnessed the occasion that was held yesterday at the church premises singing songs of praise and bright smile on their faces.

Tibesirwa in his vows pledged to keep laws of the diocese and promote religion in the area with help of God.

The preacher of the day, Bishop Emeritus John Ntegyerize asked the archdeacon Justus Tibesirwa to be a good shepherd who will lead well the Gods sheep.

He asked him not to sit and wait for things to be done by the lay leaders only but also He should involve for the better of the church.

The Bishop of Kinkiizi diocese, Dan Zoreka, while installing Tibesirwa asked Christians not to involve in issues of the church as everyone can be transferred to another place of worship but what matters how someone is being transferred.
