Local musician Ronald Mayinja on Tuesday joined Robert Kyagulnya popularly known as Bobi Wine at High Court over Former Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) Kizza Besigye’s case.

The self-proclaimed Ghetto president and the Eagle’s Production singer were seen in court to witness the ruling of Besigye’s bail application.

While Bobi Wine has on several occasions been seen with Col. Besigye, a four time challenger of President Museveni in the elections, Mayinja on the other hand rarely meddles in politics.

However, he is known for composing songs with packed with political messages like “Tulikubunkenke” that nearly got him in trouble.

Clad in a grey suit, Mayinja arrived at High Court together with FDC president Mugisha Muntu.

Inside the court room, he sat beside Bobi who even attended yesterday’s session.

On several occasions however, the Situka singer has denied being partisan or harboring intentions to contest for any elective position.
