Singer Nince Henry was at the close of last week arrested and locked away in Mubende town over fraud.
The details we have indicate that the singer was picked on Friday for allegedly receiving money from a Mubende based promoter and failing to sing at the organised show.
The Shs2m was paid to his former manager, Frank Mazz, in 2014, something the singer claims not to be aware of.
After his show in the town on Friday, police picked Nince and threw him into prison.
He managed to contact friends who came to his rescue after raising Shs5m.
In 2013, Nince was arrested in Dubai at the prompting of a Ugandan sugar mummy called Darlyn.
The sugar mummy accused him of stealing her $20,000.
He was picked from his hotel room in Dubai after which he was straightway deported back home.
