Aronda died in Dubai on Saturday morning.
In a message released by Dr. Vincent Magombe, Secretary Free Uganda Leadership Committee and Publicity Secretary FU, Also Head of the Platform to Rescue Uganda Diaspora Committee, Sejusa extended his condolences to the family of the late.
“This is to extend our condolences to the UPDF family, the Nyakairima family and the people of Uganda on the death of General Aronda Nyakairima,” the message read.
“God the great equaliser will soon make things even. RIP.”
It was Sejusa who in 2013 authored a document called “Muhoozi project” alleging that military officials including himself, Gen Aronda and other government bigwigs like Amama Mbabazi, then Prime Minister would be assassinated.
Sejusa said the move was to ensure that first son, Brig Muhoozi Kainerugaba, succeeds Museveni as president.
Government however dismissed the charge as baseless.

“Investigations to start tomorrow [Monday]. We will keep the country posted.”
“Four doctors, two police experts and two family members have arrived safely in Dubai to investigate Gen Aronda death.”
