Public service has revealed its plans to start using an online recruitment system to curb the negative public opinions as to how opportunities are handed out.
The public service plans to design an online application system that everyone who intends to work with them is bound to use to attain any position there in.
Speaking at a retreat for the Public Service, Ralph Ochan, the Chairperson for Public Service Commission said that they are overwhelmed by paper work and it through this paper confusion that individuals manipulate and achieve personal interests.
He added that they were going to embrace technology and build a system that cannot be manipulated.
This comes after the public has grown to negatively believe that opportunities in the public service are not fairly given out to all but are always up for a few special people.
