In Jinja town, police besieged Travel hotel where Mbabazi was supposed to meet his coordinators.
Police ordered him off the premises.
When Amama changed the venue to hotel Triangle, he was told by police that the road to the hotel is still under construction upon which he was turned out of Jinja town and escorted back to Kampala.
