Police has arrested two people who were allegedly found with a sack of human bones.
The suspects were are being detained at Nakaseke police station after they were on Friday found transporting human bones without a Court order.
Apparently, they had exhumed the dead and they were relocating their remains.
Savanna Region Police spokesperson Lameck Kigozi identified the suspects as Remigiyo Lwanyaga and Emmanuel Kakooza both residents of Kakindu village in Wakiso District who were intercepted by suspicious residents after their motorcycle broke down in Semuto Town on their way to Makayi village in Semuto Subcounty.
They are said to have told police that they relocating remains of four of their relatives including their father, mother and two brothers to a safer place because they had sold off the piece of land they had been buried.
