Golden Band singer, Maureen Nantume, yesterday introduced old lover, Ronnie Muganza, to her parents in Mityana amidst controversies.

Natume who is accused of snatching Muganza from his wife, Charlotte Kiggundu, a mother of two kids.

Muganza’s wife, Charlotte, a few days ago appeared in the news accusing Nantume of snatching her man and making him neglect her with their two children.

She now lives all alone in a rented Kazigo somewhere in Nasana at the outskirts of Kampala.

Charlotte further revealed that Muganza and herself have been married for the last 10 years.

She said they met while still at university.

Our sources have told us that when Charlotte tried to reclaim her man, Nantume started threatening her life.

Nantume allegedly kept calling Charlotte on phone and insulting her.

Nantume did not stop at that but rushed to introduce Muganza to Mesach Semakula who she regards as her mentor.

Natume gave the allegations a cold shoulder and proceeded to introduce the love of her life her father, Mzee Denis Ssekiziyivu, in Bukanaga village Mityana district.

Muganza, a son to Lwabulindi – Kiddawalime, a confectionary tycoon in Kyengera last week visited Nantume’s aunt (senga), Ms Kigozi in Mityana.

Culturally in Buganda, the visit marks the beginning of formalising the relationship between a man and woman.

Yesterday, all was finalised with the introduction (Kwanjula).

Meanhwile, Natume is said to be already carrying Muganza’s child; the couple is expecting their first born.

The Mityana party was attended by Musicians, Radio and television presenters coloured by great performances from Maureen’s friends.
