Just days after court in Kampala convicted former Sports Club Villa manager Chris Mubiru of sodomy, Emmanuel Nyanzi, 18, the complainant who now wears pampers has spoken out.
Nyanzi said the doctor told him his anal muscles were shattered and will take long to normalize.
Buganda Road Chief magistrate Flavia Nabakooza also found Mubiru guilty of having carnal knowledge of his victim, Nyanzi, adding that prosecution had proved its case beyond reasonable doubt.
Justus Ocom attached to the government analytical laboratory explained that dermatological creams brought to him are used by homosexuals to ease anal penetration while the pain killers are used to reduce the pain associated with anal sexual intercourse.
He said sex offenders use the chloroform to induce their victims to sleep in case they resist sexual intercourse.
Court was told that Nyanzi was drugged by Mubiru before he was sodomised.
Case of pastor Ssempijja
Court also heard that in December 2009, while at Mengo Kisingiri LCI, a Kampala suburb, Mubiru had sexual relations with Nyanzi and others including Benon Tugumisirize, Pastor William Sempijja against the order of nature, an offence contrary to section 145 (a) of penal code act.
Nyanzi told us that later Pastor Sempijja of Kabowa church zone developed intimate relationship with Tugumisirize and other followers in the church.
Youths at Impact Foundation Ministries Church attacked him on allegations that he has been sodomising minors especially the followers who are youths hailing from the same village.
Pastor William Sempijja is still on the run after one Ivan Kyeyune the victim and one of the followers lodged a complaint about the unthinkable act Vide SD 23/14/3/2014.
Residents had decided to set him on fire before the LC chairman intervened and saved him.
The chairman, however, advised residents not to take the law in their hands.
