Meanwhile, former Forum for Democratic Change (FDC), Kizza Besigye, is also expected at the big event.
Besigye was early in the week endorsed by delegates in the Kigezi sub region as their party flag bearer.
The delegates from the districts of Kisoro, Kabale, Rukungiri and Kanungu who were meeting the former party president at Kabale Hill top Hotel said that Besigye needed more time to save Uganda from the ruling NRM party.
Led by the Kabale district FDC Party chairperson Lydia Turyahumura, the delegates revealed that Besigye is in a better position to carry the party flag.
At his Tuesday Kabale Main Stadium rally, Besigye gave out his mobile phone numbers to the public to keep them updated.
He asked them to ensure that their votes are protected and would use the mobile phones to keep close contact.
He asked his supporters to send him messages and reached out to each other to suffocate those who have made it a habit to rig elections.
