National Social Security Fund (NSSF) deputy managing director, Geraldine Busuulwa Ssali, is now demanding Shs500m from officials at the fund.
Ssali who just resumed her office after a court reinstatement has filed a new case at High Court in Kampala accusing the fund of defying a court order.
She also accuses Richard Wejuli Wabwire (corporation secretary) and Abraham Eryabo, a security guard working with Pinnacle Group Security Company, for blocking her return to office even after court had directed that she be reinstated.
On May 16, Ssali was blocked at the entrance from returning to her office.
NSSF in a statement said she had been blocked for not complying with conditions set by the Finance minister as part of her reinstatement procedure.
She wants the them fined Shs500m on top of her Shs1bn compensation for the suffering endured.
Ssali further accuses NSSF board chairman Patrick Kaberenge and the managing director Richard Byarugaba of frustrating her work.
