Bank of Uganda governor Emmanuel Mutebile is the most highly paid Ugandan.
This is contained in a new report by the parliamentary committee on statutory authority and state enterprises (COSASE).
According to the report, Mutebile bags Shs 53m per month.
Mutebile has been the governor Bank of Uganda since since 2001.
The second highly paid Uganda is Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) executive director Jennifer
Musisi earns Shs 45m per month.
She is followed by Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) Commissioner General Doris Akol.
Akol is paid Shs 40m per month.
Next is National Social Security Fund (NSSF) managing director Richard Byarugaba who bags Shs 39m per month.
New Vision chief executive officer, Robert Kabushenga, comes in fifth place with Shs 37m per month.
