Kampala Capital City Authority has gotten a new human resource boss a year after Jennifer Kaggwa resigned her job as the Authority human resource director and joined Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA).
According to the KCCA spokesperson Peter Kaujju, President Museveni appointed Richard Lule to replace Kaggwa who resigned in 2015 to head UNRA’s human resource department.
For the last one year, Lule has been holding the same office in acting capacity.
His appointment comes barely six days after the resignation of the KCCA deputy executive director, Dr Judith Tukahirwa last week on Friday, citing security threats and sabotage of development in the city by politicians.
Kaujju noted that Dr Tukahirwa has been replaced by Engineer Andrew Kitaka, who is working in acting capacity as the deputy KCCA executive director.
Engineer Kitaka is yet to be confirmed by president Museveni.
