President Yoweri Museveni has held talks with India Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, at his office in New Delhi.
The two discussed mutual relationship between the two countries.
The bilateral relations between India and Uganda are characterised by historical cultural linkages, extensive economic and trade interests, and a convergence on major bilateral and international issues.
President Museveni arrived in the capital of India, New Delhi, yesterday to attend the third edition of the India-Africa Forum Summit (IAFS).
The summit will enable consultations at the highest political level between the heads of government of 54 nations across Africa and the Indian government.
It will provide an opportunity to not only reflect on the past, but to define the road ahead in tune with the times we live in.
