Court has today postponed the ruling in a case featuring city big spender, Meddie Sentongo, and a British tycoon, David Greenhalgh, to 8th April 2015.
This follows the death of the prosecutor Joan Kagezi; the judiciary was today attending her requiem mass held at St Luke Church of Uganda Ntinda.
Meddie was in high spirits as he expected court to draw a verdict after five years of trial.
Meddie couldn’t wait for this day to come because he believed he was being haunted for nothing and he knew justice was going to prevail at last.
In 2013, a court order given by Justice Masalu Musene of the Commercial Court allowed David Greenhalgh to seize Ssentongo’s property valued at over sh7 billion.
