I fell for that one in 2013 until I looked at the prices of mercedes armored vehicles. There is no way in hell he paid $140 million for his vehicle. So this means that the money disappeared somehow somewhat in OPM and media and so many #Ugandans thought it was the car. I have never met a car that costs that much.
The 2015 price for a mercedes 600 series was $96,575. Add in the extras and bullet proof, it becomes $145,000. Add shipping and custom duty, it becomes maximum $275,000 delivered in #Uganda (CIF).
Why the media geniuses printed stories that Mbabazi used $140 million to buy his car is truly beyond me. Why do they print such big lies?
Given the job that Mbabazi had and the fact that he is a lawyer, is it any surprise that he could afford a vehicle of maximum $275k? I think Ugandan media must stop propagating lies.
I am aware that many rumours have been flying around that I am paid by JPAM but that is ludicrous because no one who claims I am paid by him has ever produced any copies of wire transfers. Fakery does not work with Canada, the banks can provide copies of the incoming and out going money. No one in Uganda has ever paid me. If you do not like the truth, do not read what I share and write.
I could not even care less how he bought that car because no one even cared how I bought mine and I paid $89,999 for mine. Stop lying to Ugandans media people. It just is not worth it. Someone will come along and tell you that you are lying and I just did.
