Jobless Brotherhood Coordinator, Norman Tumuhimbuse, says he has been ordered to vacate his house after state allegedly “bought off” his landlord.
“…Museveni through his security agencies has threatened my landlord and forced him to get me and my family out of his house or else have him detained for housing what they called “An enemy of state”,” Norman said Thursday.
He alleged that his landlord was paid Shs10m to throw him out.
Norman was recently kidnapped by unknown individuals and kept away for a week.
When he finally showed up, Norman was in a bad shape and even went for medical attention.
He says due to the torture and pepper spray that “I was subjected to, tomorrow on; I will be using optical lenses as advised by the doctor”.
“Otherwise am steadily healing.”
Meanwhile, Gen David Sejusa camp led by Dr Vincent Magombe, is demanding for answers as to who is kidnapping Ugandan youth.
They say it is Police Chief General Kale Kayihura and Brigadier Muhoozi Kainerugaba, commander of the Special Forces Command, who usually brief President Yoweri Museveni on potential dangerous activists.
“The actual physical kidnaping action and illegal detentions are actualised by operational state terror outfits, such as the so-called Flying Squad, which is under Gen Kayihura’s overall command but with operational links to State House.”
The group alleges that Flying Squad “is in reality made up of highly trained operatives drawn from the ‘Political Suppression Unit’ of Muhoozi’s SFC and other shadowy security outfits embedded within the police force and other national security organisations”.
Another potential “kidnap” group is allegedly the newly trained Crime Preventers.
“As the struggle for freedom progresses, Free Uganda and many other concerned organisations and individuals are collecting evidence of these criminalities with the view to handing them over to local and international prosecuting bodies for further action.”
The group promised to table the said evidence soon.
