Law society votes Gimara as new president



Uganda Law Society [ULS] has voted Francis Gimara as their new president.

ULS members exercised their right to elect their new leadership at the annual general meeting held in Munyonyo on Saturday.

Gimara replaces Ruth Sebatindira who has served as ULS president since 2013.

He will be deputised by Aloce Namuli Blazevik.


The 2016-2017 ULS executive council also includes Shifra Lukwago who will serve as the treasurer and Pheona Nabasa Wall as secretary.
