The Inspector General of Police, Gen Kale Kayihura, has transferred the commandant of Masindi Police Training Kabalye.
Commissioner Moses Kafeero was moved to Bwebajja Police Staff College in a transfer announced Wednesday.
He has been replaced by Senior Superintendent of Police, Frank Mwesigwa, who has been the commandant Tactical Unit in Counter Terrorism Directorate.
Mwesigwa joined police in 2010 as a police cadet before going to US to train in counter terrorism.
Commissioner Kafeero, on the other hand, has been the commandant of the Masindi Police Training School Kabalye since 2011.
He replaced Andrew Felix Kaweesi.
Inside information has it that Kafeero was transferred for posting poor results especially after graduates failed fitness and martial arts tests.
