Kagame gives Magufuli cows as token of friendship

Rwandan President Paul Kagame offered cows to Tanzanian President John Magufuli in honour of their growing friendship.

As part of Rwandan tradition, President Magufuli was given the shepherd’s stick and selected five good looking cows as a gift that symbolises love expressed to a trusted and reliable friend.

Magufuli enjoyed the cultural hospitality at Kagame’s private home during his recently concluded state visit to Rwanda.

“We are delighted to welcome you and your delegation. You’re in your brothers’ place,” said President Kagame.
Kagame also mentioned the fact that he was borrowing cost-cutting tactics from Magufuli.
