Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho, has revealed his generous side, after being spotted dashing out £20 to a homeless man.
He was subsequently mobbed by other passers-by, who sought to use the opportunity to get their share.
Mourinho, who signed a £45m three-year deal with United was reportedly mobbed alongside new signing, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Eric Bailly, while returning to the Lowry Hotel in Manchester.
The manager left former club, Chelsea FC, mid-season of the 2015/2016 English Premier League campaign.
This was due to a long stretch of poor performance by the team, which clearly did not impress the management of the club.
He took over from former United coach, Louis Van Gaal, who also did not enjoy a good season at his old club.
Mourinho will be looking at righting his wrong at Chelsea by restoring Manchester United to winning position.
This is likely not going to come easy, as he now faces stiffer competition following the arrival of Pep Guardiola at Manchester City.
