Jamaican girls shatter She Cranes dreams

Jamaica Sunshine Girls Thursday beat Uganda She Cranes 59-47 to end their dream of reaching the 2015 Netball World Cup semi-final.

The game was played at the Allphones Arena in the Australian capital of Sydney.

Jamaica won three quarters 16-12, 28-27 and 15-12.

The Jamaican shooter, Jhaniele Fowler-Reid aka ‘Sky Scrapper’ dominated the game.


Jamaica lead by 12 goals 59-47 Uganda She Cranes.

Jamaica is ranked world No.4 while Uganda is ranked 14th.

She Cranes will now play New Zealand in another Pool E fixture game.

They started by beating Zambia only to lose to Wales afterwards.
