Jacqueline Mbabazi, wife to presidential candidate, Amama Mbabazi, is recovering from her illness and ready to Go Forward with her husband come 2016 elections.
According to her sister, Alice Ruhindi, Jacqueline who was hospitalised a month back is doing well.
“Dear brethren, I bring you warm greetings from Jacque Chan. Thanks for your prayers & good wishes,” Ruhindi wrote on Facebook where she shared the pictures of a healthy Jacqueline.
The pictures show the wife of the former Prime Minister with a few family members in London.
Back in October, Amama opted out of the NRM delegates conference saying he would be attending to his sick wife.
“She [Jaqueline] is presently unwell and undergoing treatment in the United Kingdom.”He added: “When I married my wife I made a promise that from that day forth, for better for worse, for richer for poorer, in sickness and in health while we both live, I would give her full support. I am her primary helper and so I have taken some time away from campaign activities in order to give her the support she needs. My family and I expect her to make a full recovery soon.”
Although Jacqueline missed her husband’s nomination, it seems she will be able to take part in some of the campaign rallies before 2016 elections.
Meanwhile, today, Amama will be in Tooro region holding rallies and soliciting votes.
