Kanungu district tycoon, Musinguzi James Garuga, has disclosed that he will support any government that takes power.
He asked residents to remain united during this forth coming elections.
Garuga told our reporter that he has formed a political party called Any Government In Power [AGIP].
He decided to stay silent during this forth coming elections while focusing on developmental issues.
Garuga disclosed that the state of education in Kanungu district is still poor and much effort is still needed to improve education in the area.
He asked the parents to intervene.
He is planning an all stake holders meeting to discuss the future of the district in terms of education.
Born in Kanungu district, Garuga used to be a critic of the NRM government and is among of the few people who supported DR Kizza Besigye in 2011 elections.
However, on Sunday, he emphasized the need for peace during elections.
Garuga told the congregation that he stood two times against the former Prime Minister John Patrick Amama Mbabazi in Kinkizi west but lost to him.
