Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) has released the ticket prices for the crucial Uganda Cranes versus Comoros 2017 AFCON Qualifier expected onSaturday, 3rd September 2016 at Nelson Mandela National Stadium, Namboole.
Ticket prices have been released out in the FUFA weekly press conference hosted at FUFA House in Mengo, Kampala by FUFA chairperson Dr.Bernard Patrick Ogwel.
Though an increment on the match tickets for entrance than it used to be before has been identified this time around.
The gold tickets (VVIP) will cost Shs150,000, an increment from the normally charged price of Shs120,000.
Tickets for spectators to access the blue seats (VIP) will cost Shs60,000 from Shs50,000.
The ordinary tickets will cost Shs25,000 from Shs20,000.
According to Ogwel the increment is due to the daily transformation of cost of living
The operational cost is high. This is why the ticket prices have taken a slight higher fee.
Ogwel added that the complimentary match day tickets will be processed for the media and other stake holders including sponsors.
The selling of the match day tickets will start on August 2016.
And an ecouragmemt from FUFA spokesperson Ahmed Hussien to buy tickets from indetified place is appealed to the participants who wish to attend the match.“When the tickets go on sale, we encourage football fans to get their tickets early at only the designated areas to avoid the last minute rush,” Hussein said.
