The body of Abel Dhaira, a former Ugandan goalkeeper, arrived at Entebbe in the wee-hours of Sunday morning.
Dhaira passed on during Easter festivities in Iceland where he was battling cancer battle.
He was aged 28 by the time of his demise.
His body which was brought today by Turkish airways was received his family members and FUFA officials.
A requiem mass for Abel Dhaira will be held on Monday at 10am at All Saints cathedral Nakasero.
The body will then be taken to Nakivubo stadium for a public viewing.
Afterwards, the body will be taken to his father’s home in Walukuba for a vigil and then to Busoga Kingdom Lukiiko on Tuesday.
Burial will take place on Wednesday in Kigandalo, Mayuge District.
