Cranes leave for Togo capital Lome

Uganda Cranes’ team of 18 players left for Lome, Togo on Wednesday morning at 4a.m aboard chartered flight (F-100 Reg 5Y-SIA) ahead of the 2018 first leg of the FIFA World Cup second round qualifier.

The rest of the nine players who did not make the traveling team remained in camp under coach Frank Video Anyau and will resume the training sessions in preparation for Sunday’s return leg.

Uganda will take on Togo on Thursday in Lome before coming back in Kampala on Friday for the return leg on Sunday 15th November.

Head of Delegation is FUFA Executive committee member, Hamid Juma, also the head of technical department at the Federation.

The match will be broadcast live on 102.1 FUFA f.m
