Crane management services once again won a top award at the Property Expo held at Nakawa last Saturday.
In the awards for the best exhibitors 2016, Crane management took the first award.
In April 2015
Crane management services took home the best exhibitor award.
This year, they were the best property managers in their category.
The expo was attended by Prime Minister Ruhakana Rugunda.
Rugunda said he was pleased to note the increasing competition in the real estate sector.
“We were also glad that more and more of the building materials are being produced locally,” he noted.
According to the premier, the real estate and building industry is providing many jobs to people and contributes revenue to the economy.
“It is important that the sector adheres to quality standards to avoid cases like those of the building that recently collapsed in Kampala.”
He said with the population of the country continuing to grow, especially in urban centers, the need for quality and affordable housing remains a challenge and an opportunity the real estate industry should address and meet.
Crane management in its appreciation message said: “You have no idea how happy we were when we received the awards that we won the awards for best property developers and best real estate’s management company.”
It added: “It is so wonderful that you are able to host this expo each year.”
Crane management which is part of the huge Ruparelia group said the expo was a great opportunity for them.
“We are sure other companies will benefit from the expo as much as we have. To the general public thanks for the endless support we appreciate.”
