Besigye beats 24-hour police surveillence again, attends prayers for fallen FDC leader


Opposition leader Dr Kizza Besigye has for the third time since this year started beaten security surveillance at his home at Kasangati in Wakiso District and sneaked out.

As usual, the four time challenger of president Yoweri Museveni and former Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) presidential candidate emerged at Irimbi, Maziba, Namutumba District.

He was seen attending prayers for Yasini Isiko, the FDC party mobiliser in Mayuge district who was brutally murdered in lugazi on September 7, though year.

Impeccable sources tell us that on Sunday morning, amidst tight security, Dr Besigye left his home, some how, the police discovered his car is on the way to Kampala.

They trailed it for some time before managing to block and surround it.

However, they were disappointed to learn that the most arrested politician in the country was not in the car.

Police was left wondering how Besigye who was dropped at his home last night after he was released from Nagalama police station where he had been detained for the entire day managed to leave his home without police knowledge.
