Police has arrrested Uganda opposition leader Kizza Besigye the second time in less than 24 hours.
Besigye was Tuesday afternoon cornered around clock tower in Kampala city.
Police was seen towing his vehicle off the scene.
Earlier, police dispersed his supporters who had gathered at city square to greet Besigye.
The opposition leader was returning from High Court where he is battling a treason case.
Police deployed outside Crane bank when he entered it to conduct a transaction.
This comes hours after he was arrested on landing at Entebbe airport and whisked to his home in Kasangati.
