In Insingiro district, gunfire rocked Ngarama Sub County in Bukanga yesterday morning during protests by residents against the results of the just concluded NRM primary election.

It all started after Robert Baingana, the Ngarama Sub County NRM registrar declared Silver Kiiza the winner of the Ngarama Sub County NRM party ticket.

This didn’t go down well with his rival Benon Matsiko.
